Office Administrator – part-time contract 20 hours per week.

£10,000 per annum for a 20 hour week + benefits

We are seeking an enthusiastic, strongly customer focussed administrator for our busy office.

This is an interesting, varied role that involves liaising with a variety of different people, on a daily basis. A sympathetic, confidential and efficient manner is required.

About the job

You will be the first point of contact for Branch visitors, responsible for updating case trackers and other databases, administration of the Group Insurance scheme, and management of all aspects of the administrative function of the office.

About you

To be successful, you will have excellent organisational skills, a good knowledge of MS office suite, the ability to work autonomously with little intervention, experience of and ability to work under pressure, understand the importance of and maintain confidentiality and integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent Customer Service manner with a strong focus on member’s satisfaction, experience of working within a member services organisation would be helpful but not essential, as is experience/knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR laws
